makeitcount.tech ("we", "us") provides a messaging and marketing automation service for businesses on Meta platforms. This service helps businesses automate replies to Instagram and Messenger conversations, reply to comments on their posts, capture leads from these interactions, and manage advertising campaigns on their connected ad accounts.

Data we process

• Messages sent to a business that uses our service on Messenger or Instagram, and the replies sent back.
• Comments left on a business's Facebook or Instagram posts, and the replies sent to those comments.
• Your page-scoped Messenger or Instagram ID and public profile name, so the business can see who it is talking to.
• Information you choose to share in a conversation or comment, such as contact details, preferences, or answers to questions, used to capture you as a lead for the business.
• Advertising account and campaign data (such as ad account IDs, campaign performance and spend) for businesses that connect their ad accounts to manage ads through our service.

How we use it

• To automatically reply to messages and comments, or hand the conversation to a person at the business.
• To record leads captured through conversations or comments so the business can follow up.
• To create, adjust and report on advertising campaigns on behalf of a business that has connected its ad account.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use your conversation data for advertising unrelated to the business you contacted.

Service providers

Messages, comments and ads data are received and sent through Meta Platforms, Inc. Message or comment text may be processed by an AI language model provider to help draft replies. These providers only receive what is needed to perform these tasks.

Retention

Conversation, comment and lead data is kept while the business uses our service, or until deletion is requested. Advertising data is kept for as long as needed to manage and report on the relevant campaigns, or until the business disconnects its ad account.

Your rights, including under Indonesian law

If you are located in Indonesia, this processing is subject to Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection ("UU PDP"). Under UU PDP and generally, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data (see below);
• object to or request we restrict certain processing; and
• withdraw consent, where processing relies on consent, without affecting processing already carried out.
