Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about your conversations, comments, or lead information with a business that uses the makeitcount.tech service.

How to request deletion

1. Email privacy@makeitcount.tech with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which business Facebook Page or Instagram account you were interacting with, and the name or handle you used.
3. We will delete your messages, comment replies, profile name, page-scoped ID, and any lead or appointment details stored in our systems, and confirm by email, within 30 days of receiving your request.

Your rights under Indonesian law

If you are located in Indonesia, this deletion right is also available to you under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection ("UU PDP"). See our Privacy Policy for the fuller list of your rights.

Removing the app connection

You can also remove apps connected to your Facebook or Instagram account at any time, under Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, or Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites.

Advertising campaigns already running on a business's own ad account may need to be paused or cancelled directly by that business.
