These terms govern use of the makeitcount.tech service, which provides messaging automation for Instagram and Messenger, automated comment replies, lead capture, and advertising management for businesses on Meta platforms.

Use of the service

• Businesses must only connect Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and ad accounts that they own or are authorized to manage.
• Businesses are responsible for the content of their automated replies, comment responses, lead-capture flows, and advertising campaigns created through the service.
• The service must be used in line with Meta's Platform Terms and the Messenger, Instagram, and Advertising policies.

Automated replies and ads

Some messages and comment replies are sent automatically on a business's behalf. Conversations can be handed to a person at the business at any time. Advertising actions (such as creating or editing a campaign) are taken only on ad accounts a business has explicitly connected, and remain the business's responsibility under Meta's advertising policies.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.
